In 2007, Steve became part of Townsquare Media “El Paso’s concert leader KLAQ” a nationally renowned Active Rock radio station that is also regarded as a leading concert promoter in the Southwest for over 40 years, working on hundreds of concerts and events throughout the southwest region at various clubs, theaters, arenas, amphitheaters, and stadiums providing the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most respected rock musicians, celebrities, and public figures.
Steve began his career as a pioneering electronic music promoter in the southwest developing underground events in the El Paso, Texas region from 1996 to 2005 and transitioned into bookings and artist management after. Dynamic programming, talent buying, and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in presenting live entertainment, Steve has worked with some of the largest music entities in the entertainment industry including, Townsquare Media, Clear Channel Media & Entertainment, iHeartMedia, Entercom, Live Nation Entertainment, and various artists and record labels as well as independent concert promoters and performing arts centers in the United States and Mexico.Įxperience includes brand development, entertainment marketing, talent buying, contract negotiations, artist relations, radio broadcasting, concert streaming, media buying, venue management, team operations management, ticketing management, logistics, public relations, patron loyalty, and dynamic pricing strategies.
